Answered phone politely and explained about needing the snow removed so the workers could get to the septic tank Once the tank was uncovered I called back and she took my info. Bob came out at time stated. Very polite. Explained everything they were doing while emptying my septic tank and what else I needed done. One of the coworkers even took my dog for a walk while I was talking to Bob.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house Wednesday morning. Very pleased with the speed of service. They were very easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions.

Bob's Septic Service answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were very friendly and helpful, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. When they arrived they were again friendly and expeditiously took care of the job of emptying the tank. The bill was just as discussed, with no hidden fees. I'd recommend them to anyone!
