Answered phone politely and explained about needing the snow removed so the workers could get to the septic tank Once the tank was uncovered I called back and she took my info. Bob came out at time stated. Very polite. Explained everything they were doing while emptying my septic tank and what else I needed done. One of the coworkers even took my dog for a walk while I was talking to Bob.
Bob and Kathy are some of the finest people you will meet. Kathy runs the books and Bob does the work. Both are wonderful people. We have used their company for 30 plus years for driveway gravel fill, snow removal, and septic tank pumping at camp. Friendly, honest, and hard-working. Bob and Kathy are a 10/10 in our book!
