Called and brought laptop in, Called back next day to see if it was repairable. The technician returned my call a couple hours later to say that it was good to go. Quick repair, good price. ?

Ian was the Tech who, as a time offer, told me how to move my Photos off my phone to a Computer. It had been so long since I had done something like that. At my age 70 he was absolutely professional and exact in his words. Thanks for your patience and your full integrity in the way that you handled this.

Ian worked on our laptop, replacing hard drive, and cleaned and uncluttered. Took the time to answer all questions and actually show us how to do things we had questions about. He is awesome.
