VFW, open parking lot, free to visit. On display a UH1 huey, M60 tank, a m56 scorpion anti armor, 2x 16" shells, a ship's anchor, and I believe a 40mm bofors anti aircraft and a mark14 torpedo setup to an replica bow with number matching that of the post (4054) with a naval mine. Displays are marked to climb on with supervision, at your own risk. Just follow the rules and respect. In back of building are memorial gardens, memorial bricks along the paved walkways, statues, memorials, carvings, art, displays, reenactment of famous moments in ard displays, monuments and dedication stones giving tribute to VFW's of all conflicts. Clean and well kept grounds.... read full review

The Marcellus VFW holds a euchre tournament every year on Super Bowl Sunday. Registration starts at 11:00 a.m. and the tournament starts at 1:00 p.m. The fee to enter is $15.00 and .25 cent sets. They also have 50/50 tickets you get purchase. You also get a ticket when you register for other cash prizes. There were about 75 people there this year and the payout is pretty darn good...lol. Pay out top three places and they also have envelopes with prizes in them.It was a very fun afternoon. You meet new people, create new friends, and find out where there are other euchre places to play. ?‍♀️You can't go wrong. ?

This is an amazing historic sign. I feel like with the pictures I got I could probably write my own documentary. It would be awesome to interview some of the descendants of the families to see if they know the history behind their loved ones that served. The museum was closed when we were there so I would love to go back sometime
