Everyone I’ve interacted with here is extremely kind and helpful. We are having some issues with our drain field and Aaron came out and inspected and gave me all of the information on how to proceed and explained things thoroughly and clearly (our first time dealing with septic issues). Stacey responded to my email inquiry almost immediately and they were able to get out to us the next day to inspect and offered to pump it the day after that. Couldn't ask for better service!
I have been a customer of Williams and Bay for a few homes and several years. I had recently emailed on a Sunday evening to set up an appointment. They called first thing Monday a.m. and Shaun Schmedly was at the residence with all of the answers to my questions and completed the job with professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fabulous, prompt and friendly service.
So, being new to semi-rural living, I am ignorant regarding our septic system. Eric explained all to me, showed me the primary nasty and other tanks, and recommended a rather distant additional pump date (since there are just two of us with few visitors). Honest, knowledgeable, capable ... that's what you want.
