“Kelly was amazing! We were in Manistee visiting family and my 8 year old wanted her second lobe piercings. Kelly was beyond accommodating, even offering to come in when they were closed if our timelines didn't match up. They turned Taylor Swift on when we got there, and she got to pick her gemstone color earrings. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. Kelly took her time marking and walked my girl through every aspect of her experience. They also tandem pierced which I was incredibly grateful for. My girls each left with a goodie bag of sea glass (and more!) and the BIGGEST smiles! It has been several weeks now and there have been 0 issues with her healing and jewelry choice.
