This service is so efficient! No waiting in waiting room for more than 5 mins. Everyone is very friendly from receptionist, to office staff, to F. Kelly. Faith knows her stuff, she's as impressionable as if she had M.D. after her name. So pleased I discovered her. High recommendation.

The staff at Northwest Michigan Health Services are very kind and understanding. The receptionist is very pleasant and informative. The nurse practitioner is knowledge and understanding of my health concerns. The sliding fee scale helps out when my insurance doesn't cover certain procedures. Overall, a good clinic
