Working with Northwest Michigan Works! has been a journey to find the right type of job for me to work. As I applied to many jobs and waited for interviews, I also worked with Pam who guided me through the process to land a job. I appreciate the services and support from this location which has helped me move forward during a stressful and unpredictable time. Thank you!

Appointment only, which was Understandable but they could not help me with unimployment online anymore than I could help myself. Mainly because they could not get through to the unimployment phone number. I feel that in different circumstances, where half the country wasn't applying, my experience would have been different. All total it took me 3 days to get signed up for unimployment. I had multiple problems with the website.
