I’ve used Shawn at Hemlock Homes for several inspections in the Manistee area, and he’s consistently excellent. He’s thorough, catches things I’d never think to look for, and his reports are detailed, with clear photos and descriptions that are easy to follow. He’s also very responsive and flexible, which makes the whole process far less stressful. After working with him multiple times, I trust his inspections completely and highly recommend him.
I have used Hemlock Homes to inspect two houses. Shawn is incredibly thorough and gives you a complete package that lists all problem areas with pictures. If you want a dependable and complete inspection of a house, use Hemlock Homes.
