Stein Electric does not service Generac generators. CRG now does this work. They serviced my new Generac that was installed improperly (missed one wire that goes to a neutral bar) They were here for less than 2 hours and charged $365.00. Just added one wire to the existing wiring harness and taped it up with white tape. Not too happy.

Their technicians have a habit of showing up and not checking in with the property owner. I had to place numerous calls last year to get a single service call completed and it was not completed correctly the first time because the technician never checked in with me to discuss and confirm the problem. Had to have them come out again this year after complaining to a manager about last year's service call. Ended up getting charged for a second service call when the service call from last year should have covered the original problem.
