Manchester Family Practice is a very caring and efficient office. The physician listens, takes time, and does not rush patients. She is knowledgeable and tells you like it is. Services are great and costs are very reasonable. While there can be a wait time, this is because she really listens. Patients trust her care completely and recommend the practice, planning to keep her as their primary doctor for years.
I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews. But every front desk staff member was friendly and professional- on phone and in person. Hope was very sweet and informative at my appointment. And Dr. Eccles was fabulous. She asked lots of questions and listened to my concerns. Great experience.
Dr. Eccles is a very caring physician. She listens, takes her time doesn't rush you out of the office and tells you like it is. You don't find many doctors like her anymore. Her staff are very efficient also.
I absolutely love this Doctor, she really takes time listening to my concerns. I never feel rushed. At times there can be a wait time in her office. BUT I feel that this is because she really listens and takes time with her patients. She is very knowledgeable. I trust her care completely. I plan on keeping her as my physician until she retires. Me and my husband have been going to her for years. And she will stay as our primary doctor because we are very happy with her care.
