Needed to replace my old mini split heat pump. Selected Top Notch even though the original company is still in business because original company wouldn't reply to my phone messages requesting service. TN agreed to a first meeting at a convenient time for us (our home is over 2 hours away from our cottage), and actually arrived 10 minutes early. Todd was very professional so our decision was easy. I’ve been using top notch heating for years. They are great. Of course the furnace quits in the winter on a holiday or evening. Top Notch will not let you get cold. Each time I’ve called they have come over within a couple of hours and get thing up and running. On Friday evening my furnance was making a ton of racket and smelling pretty hot I shut it down and I called them. Within the hour a nice young man arrived discovered it required a part replacement. He got it temporarily Working and ordered the part. Very professional and efficient. Arrived before scheduled time. The issue was not resolved and he was honest with explanation. Plan on resolving Monday. Looking forward to the AC unit working before it gets hot again.
