Studio one is a gem. I have been coming here twice a week for open dance sessions for about three years. Also started taking yoga classes here about a few months ago. Jessica's class's are great for athletes and dancers because she patiently guides you through stretches and doesn't just go through the movements. The studio it self is also really cozy and welcoming.
