I do not understand all the complaints. I'm sorry but some of the problem could be with YOU! I have been a patient of Dr Hirsch for over 20 years. He has taken very good care of me and has even saved my life once. As far as the staff or Holly they have always treated me well.

My stars are for Dr. Ronald Hirsch! He was my Doctor since 2010. He was very thorough and I never missed a beat on shots or anything that was needed! I have one of the most complicated health files you'd ever wanna see. He never showed me any disrespect or ran me away! Sometimes I had to be the last to see because I had too much going on. He is just swamped with patients and I only changed from him for Insurance purposes and I miss him dearly! Doctors run from my case, he didn't.
Don't let the attitudes of the reception desk upset you! Put your complaint in or address them at the time they're rude, that's the only way to get a change.... read full review

I love Dr. Hirsch and Rachel, they are the best! Easy to talk to, patient, they listen and are considerate. I've never had an issue receiving any requested care. I'm happy with my team!
