This place has gone way downhill since John passed, there's just 2 ladies working there and I kept having to correct them, and when I got home I discovered I was getting a check instead of direct deposit like I've been getting for the past 7 years, they need to bring someone in who knows their customers, I would expect this from H&R block NOT here!

After my previous tax guy went AWOL, I was scrambling to find someone to get my taxes done. I was recommended to JTS from a friend and was not disappointed. Tim did an amazing job getting things filed before the deadline even though I dropped it on his lap with barely a week left. The customer service from both women working there was fantastic. I will be back again next year!

I was a bit disappointed that when I went to pick up my prepared taxes, there were two girls working with no masks or gloves. When the current situation of COVID-19 was mentioned, one girl kept repeating that the virus isn't a big deal & that people die of the flu all the time & that Covid has been around for years (she's right about it being around but this is a new strain that no one is familiar with) & the other girl kept repeating that this virus came from China anyway (yes, probably true but it is here now).
