    I arrived Just after closing time and saw that the doors were locked and no employees visible through the glass windows. Our AC had gone out and I needed a part to get it going. I called the corporate office and they messaged one of the workers in the warehouse to bring the part out to my vehicle! I was very impressed by the customer service that was provided. Way to go Grainger, that is how you treat customers!

    Now because of this if you return an item it will take up to 7 to 10 business days not your typical 3 to 5 days so be ready for that if you are broke. Completely bs if you ask me. Take my money in seconds but takes forever to give me my refund. Currently I'm still waiting.
