We had a Congoleum floor installed in June of 2020. This floor required grout; I picked the floor. Between 2020 and 2021 we had Pro Quality flooring out a couple of times to fix some grout and other defects, all done at no charge. Finally in the fall of 2022 I contacted Fred at Pro Quality to tell him the floor tile had developed some defects and sent him photo's. Fred reached out to Congoleum who in turn replaced our floor with another of their products. As this new floor was more expensive, I was only charged the difference in the cost from the original floor and not charged for labor. Thank you Fred for your patience, integrity and professionalism. So happy we stumbled across Pro Quality Flooring for our kitchen renovation! Fred and Nancy have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I appreciate the time Fred took to explain everything throughout the process. The installer, Ryan was great and very helpful as well. He even offered to come on a Saturday to get the job finished.
