F45 Macomb is hands down the best gym I've ever gone to. The staff is always so friendly and always available to answer questions. The trainers are incredible and always push you during every work out. I love the sense that you are getting personal training in a group format. The workouts are always fun and challenging and go by SO fast. It's incredible how great of a workout you can get in 45 minutes. I love that the format changes daily so you aren't always doing the same workouts. If you're looking for a new gym I totally recommend you give f45 a shot. Even during COVID they have always made me feel safe coming in for workouts.
