Called R & R asking if they could do a one-time cut and edge of my lawn during the week some time since I was sick all week and unable to do it. I got an acceptable quote on the phone… $40-70 depending how much there is to do. I assumed no more than $40 as I don’t have a big lot and because everyone around me pays $25-30 per week for lawn service. They came out the next morning at 9:15 and were done at 9:45! The 2 workers did a great job - looks nice. My actual bill ended up being $75 which I was shocked at - 1/2 hr job. Anyway the stars are for the great job they did, not the cost.

My new go-to. I've been coming here once a month to see their experienced and talented hairdresser, Heather! She carries good energy as a wonderful person and listener who genuinely cares about my needs as they are always met with great care! ? I get dark brown root touch ups (from grey hairs) with a hair cut. And then one day I came in and got beautiful caramel toned highlights all over for summer. It looks amazing still - I've gotten so many compliments from people! The owner is also very sweet and tentative with alot of style, and experience in the business. She's created a very comfy yet fashionable atmosphere with a great team of licensed staff who are ready to assist you with various services. Thankyou! :)

First time ever being here and definitely will be coming back. Keep in mind for the promotion it is a 20% gratuity CASH ONLY. The service is worth 90$, a good deal in my opinion. Lori is gentle, sweet and easy going. She also is understanding and knowledgeable. Time flew by and I walked out a happy guest. Definitely had a satisfied experience and she deserves more recognition if not given any. This business, the atmosphere and the employees exceed my expectations. HIGHLY recommended.

I got my first tattoo today and had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. Lauren did my tattoo. She is super cool and easy to talk to. My tattoo looks even better than the original image I showed her. Very happy with my tattoo!

Our old hot water tank started leaking late in the day. I called Macomb Water Heater at 5 pm and they answered, we talked over my options and a reasonable price. They sent their technician Chris to my house with a new tank in 40 minutes. Chris removed the old tank and installed the new one, including a ball valve to shut the water off. Chris was polite and worked hard to get the job done. He hauled away my old tank and cleaned any debris that was left behind. From the time I called to having usable hot water again was only about a 3 hour span. I highly recommend Macomb Water Heater, and Chris.

The young man that came to my house was on time early which was fine with me. I showed him what needed to be done. He went right to work and I'm sure it was under 15 minites he said I'm finished. Finished price was a little high but I am a little old lady who thinks money grows on trees. I paid him and we where both on our way to start our day. He was very kind and he owened his pluming business. I thought good for him. I'm not going to include pictures but I was sure glad when everything worked after he left.
Clay answered the phone and came within 10 minutes. Changed the sump pump for a reasonable price even though it was late and a Saturday. Felt like a friend the moment he walked in. I’ll only call Clay and I’ve referred him to my brother that needed his faucet repaired and he agrees Discount plumbing the best.

We had a Congoleum floor installed in June of 2020. This floor required grout; I picked the floor. Between 2020 and 2021 we had Pro Quality flooring out a couple of times to fix some grout and other defects, all done at no charge. Finally in the fall of 2022 I contacted Fred at Pro Quality to tell him the floor tile had developed some defects and sent him photo's. Fred reached out to Congoleum who in turn replaced our floor with another of their products. As this new floor was more expensive, I was only charged the difference in the cost from the original floor and not charged for labor. Thank you Fred for your patience, integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.

Dr. Poniatowski at Crestview Dental and her staff are AMAZING. I was a first time patient today and I unfortunately have a lot of anxiety/fear when it comes to dental work (due to past dental trauma from other practices/work I have had done).Dr. Poniatowski talked me through every moment of my cleaning, was extremely kind, understanding of my anxiety and patient with me when I needed a break. Dr. Brieden and her staff are wonderful. I started going after experiencing hip pain and clicking in my jaw. Certainly didn’t know how much it was affecting my sleep. Our 6YO dogs rear legs were giving out . We took her to our vet and he gave her a shot and sent us home. She was good for 7 days and then was worse than before. We took her to see Doc Mena . He gave her a thorough exam , blood , stool, urine and physical. A few days later he had the answer to why her legs were so bad , Osteoarthritis. He began treatment and within 5 weeks she was doing much better . 8 weeks and she is moving very well . I would highly recommend Dr. Mena , he is truly empathetic to your pets cause.

I love this place. They always are very accommodating. They get my cat in the same day. I know I never have to worry when I bring her there.. she's an elderly cat and she has asthma. She's also like a child to me and treat her the way I would treat her. I also don't drive and was stuck there, and I was given a ride home by one of the people that worked there and it was way beyond generous they go above and beyond to make sure the customers happy and get home safe. They make you feel like you and your pets are family.
