I do not recommend this place to anybody who has Healthy Michigan Priority Health. I have that they cover polycarb. this place the man there insists that they don't cover it the insurance company has told me for repeatedly times that they do cover it they also told me that they spoke to him and told him the same thing. I picked up my glasses after they redid the lenses and Guy told me that they do not cover that and that they paid out of pocket for it and if I ever buy glasses from them in the future I would have to pay for it. I told him yes they do cover it and he looked at me and said no they do not ! WRONG! and rude. Priority Health covers it. I've called them multiple times the lady told me to go in the office and call them while I was there. I should have never called and told them I would be there with information. He proceeded to call me back and tell me not to bother to come in and listen to that lady because there's nothing he can do about it anyways. Well yes there is, you can correct the error and make sure that people in the future aren't paying for something that they don't have to because your system is broken. if you have Healthy Michigan Priority Health be careful. and don't trust them to know what your coverage is I suppose that would be the same across the board with any insurance be sure you know what your insurance coverage is. if their system is broken and they need to update it then they need to do that on behalf of their customers instead of ripping them off and making them pay for things that they don't have to or making them feel like they're schmuck because they don't know what they're talking about. I know what I'm talking about I'm not stupid and I'm not going to be talked down to.
they take very good care of you make sure everything is right your glasses fit perfect before you leave when you get them they also have high tech stuff for people with diabetes like myself and make sure everything is 100% when you leave there there is any problems they notify the correct physicians to get you in to get you checked out for your diabetes eyes
