I called and was able to get my kitty in the same day as I called. The team was able to identify the problem and schedule a procedure. They even called early to offer us multiple options if we were able to bring her in earlier. The day of surgery the team pulled up with us as soon as our kitty was out of surgery just to give us a update and then answered a few questions via text before we picked up our kitty in the evening. The next day they followed up in the morning, just to check in on how she was doing and we were able to schedule a follow up appointment the upcoming week. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. All of the staff are so kind, especially one of the vet techs, Alexis. She has taken incredible care of my cat every time we visit. It is clear how much she cares about the animals she works with. Highly recommend this clinic and so thankful for techs like Alexis!
Haven't visited the clinic yet but based up the services that I received from the lady who took my call today she was awesome. Very helpful with trying to email me to get my dog an appointment. I hate that I didn't get her name! But whoever u are thank you. Due to this experience I'm even more interested in getting my dog in this clinic for her care. truly hope I can come back with this happiness when I update my review ?
