Just visited Waters Family Eyecare for the first time, and received great treatment. Booking my first appointment was simple, the staff at the front desk greeted me, and were very friendly, and Dr. Waters was great. Hadn't had an exam in over 20 years, but I wasn't chastised, lol, and found Dr. Waters very friendly and informative. I will happily go back.
Very friendly staff. They have all the latest equipment and a great selection of frames. The Doctor explains results so even I could understand. I recommend.
1.) Very pretty doctor and kind hearted team of staff. 2.) Didn’t charge me for trial contact lenses and a lens application training (other local practice tried to charge me a first time contact lens training fee of $350. Waters taught me to insert mine for free and gave me free trial contacts! WITH free case and free solution. Amazing! 3.) Staff very patient with me changing my rx and the adjustments I needed. 4.) Super friendly and flexible reception team when I needed to use alternate digital payment method.
