“Kieana is an excellent trainer and so much more. She’s the best cheerleader, listener, and coach. Her approach is holistic and personalized. She’s been flexible to both my physical and emotional health. When my ankle is sore (from a previous injury) she’s adjusted the routine to low impact; and when I’m exhausted mentally or having a stressful day, she includes some ball slamming and a listening ear. I’ve had other “terminator” trainers who were great, and I got results. However, I am so thankful that I’ve found Kieana – she’s special.“
“I knew during, and after my first training session with Marc, that he knows his stuff, and is a true professional. Once he knows your fitness goals, he tailors each training session to help you reach them. He takes time to explain why each exercise is beneficial, and stresses proper form/alignment so you get the most out of each movement and avoid injury. She is the best teacher I've had - very patient, makes the class fun, mixes it up and is responsive to what we want to do and work on. This past year I started taking MELT classes from her which have been life changing for relieving chronic hip pain that I've been living with for several years. “I love Challenge Yourself Fitness! Dennis (owner and coach) has created an incredible fitness community. I started strength training (for the first time) at 15 weeks pregnant and went through 39 weeks. My workouts were a huge part of my successful pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Friends and family heard me talk about CYF so much that they’ve joined and love it now, too! The gym offers challenging classes in a positive and inclusive environment.
