Ulie ( Ulysses ) the crew leader was out with Pedro & Noah to clean up after a plumbing leak. They did a great job! Ulie is a skilled communicator, he explained the process & answered all my questions. 5 starts for the crew & an extra 5 starts for Ulie!

Uli, Trenton, and Pedro are a FANTASTIC crew! Uli, the project manager, came out on a Wednesday evening when we had a huge problem with water in our house. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and compassionate. Then Trenton and Pedro showed up the next day to begin demo work, and they were the same! I highly recommend SERVPRO of Livonia!

Owner Brian and his staff Ulises, Pedro, and Trenton all did an outstanding job twice in the last 9 months due to broken water valves. First incident flooded the main floor and walkout basement. Brian, Pedro, and Trenton did a great job in successfully completing the stabilization and demolition phase in the 2 affected floors in a highly professional manner.For the second emergency project, I called ServePro Livonia for help with another water leak from HVAC humidifier that wetted a newly carpeted 12x12 ft basement corner-called ServePro Livonia again; owner Brian promptly came to our home on a Friday night, verified my shutting off the water supply to the leaky humidifier,... read full review
