Water was coming up the floor drain in my basement in the middle of the night. Roto-Rooter had the only 24 hour service in my area. . Derek M arrived when he said he would, he assessed the situation and had the drain cleared in no time. Derek was very polite, professional, efficient and very calming. I was a bit shocked by the price, but was worth the hydro jet when explained the benefits over snaking. Problem solved, nice to be able to flush the toilet without any surprises coming through basement drains. I will see you on the 11th for the camera inspection.
