Moved into a new home a little over a year ago and our old AC unit had always struggled to maintain a decent temperature in the summer. Proficient Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose the issue and we decided to go with a whole new AC installation. I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The technicians were quick, polite, and knowledgeable, and I am impressed with how much more comfortable our home is on a daily basis. Additionally the pricing was way more reasonable than some of the ridiculous quotes you might find online.

Quentin was very responsive, and got someone out there to check out my ac unit the same day! When we found out we would need a new unit, he got us booked quickly and with a fair price. His employees, Cole and Chris, were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone who does not understand this stuff, Cole was able to explain things to me at a level I understood, and give tips for proper maintenance. Will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise!
