Great experience with Pro Carpet! I had some issues with my couch warranty, and had to reach out to different companies for the first time. Pro Carpet was incredibly helpful, professional & was very receptive to all my questions. They were able to get me on the schedule within 1 week, and Cole (the tech.) was great! He was very friendly & professional, and most importantly - thorough on the upholstery cleaning. This was a great first-time experience for me, so Pro Carpet will be my first call for any future needs!
