“5 stars all around. Walked in on a Friday only to discover I needed a birth certificate for my daughter's piercing because she's a minor. No problem! Brooke assisted with making an appt for the following day. We returned Saturday and had a great experience. My daughter was nervous but everything went smoothly. We went in, completed paperwork and picked out her jewelry from a good variety of choices. I wish I knew the gentleman's name that assisted us. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Once we picked her piece, they serialize it and get the room ready. Brooke discussed, in perfect detail, the process and after care. My baby was in good hands! Process was quick with minimal pain (that may vary from person to person). Thanks to Brooke and Eternal! I wouldn't hesitate to come back and recommend a friend (or stranger lol).“
