Quick service, easy explanations, and reasonable pricing.Called Brian after experiencing a failure to boot that I couldn't fix.He stopped by within a day to diagnose and took the machine in to run further tests. Hard-drive was toast, he replaced it, and copied everything over. PC returned and running better than before.

My computer died. Called Microsoft for support...that was a mistake. I stumbled upon Brian Girouard (New Start Computers) and he was able to provide the old fashion customer service that is hard to fine these days. This is very important to me. Most of us don't know much when it comes to fixing our computers ... and having someone in your contact list that gives good service and cares that your are satisfied....well that's a good thing.
