We had The Modern Pros out to replace our roof, and then also to install a range hood vent. We were pleased by the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and how well they cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

The summer of 2023 a neighbor's tree took out my patio awning. I received a couple of bids to put up a new one, but ultimately decided to extend my roofline instead. I am very happy I chose to go with The Modern Pros. They were definitely PROS from start to finish. No pressure from the sales team at all, and the Project Manager kept me posted every step of the way. The actual work crew worked very hard, and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up every day before they left as well. I am so happy with the final outcome, and would highly recommend them.
