I want to comment on a great experience with one of Mills top technicians. Her name is Jackie. She is what I consider a consummate professional. She not only knows her craft, she is a customer centered, and service oriented young lady. What others couldnt solve, she could. Hats off to Mills Heating and Cooling for having a great person on staff

Last August the HVAC techs of Mills and Majestic (and former Joe's Heating, which was the firm listed on my old furnace) came to my house in Warrendale in Detroit, took out the old furnace and air conditioning unit and completed their installation of a new Lennox furnace and air conditioning system in one day. Marty, the owner, listened carefully to my concerns ahead of the job, and they were all addressed during the installation. Both the air conditioner and the furnace have worked beautifully ever since.
