I cannot begin to describe how amazing everyone is here at king brothers. Anything dealing with cars is usually a headache, but they made everything effortless and smooth. I love how they communicated, and never kept you wondering how progress was going. I picked up my car today and they did phenomenal work. I can tell this company takes pride in what they do. They even took a little longer than anticipated and did additional work for free, there isn’t an auto shop I know that would do something like that. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any of your collision needs. Thank you to everyone I spoke with and to everyone who worked on my vehicle it looks brand new!!
A big shout out to Danielle, Steve and the rest of the folks at King Brothers Collision! I had an appointment this morning for a minor mechanical issue and they offered to fix it right away...for free! I was flabbergasted.
This is the kind of good will, compassion and fabulous customer service that is sadly lacking with many businesses today.
I went and got them a box of donuts for their trouble. =)

I recently used King Brothers Collision for a repair on my Honda Civic after someone hit the front of my car. They ensured I was satisfied with the work and coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company to source the best-fitting parts without any gaps. I appreciate their helpful team, who sent photos of the repairs while I was out of town and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. However, they were unable to order one specific part, which now means I have to wait weeks to months for it to be bid on and received.
