If you want to be treated rudely for basic lab work, go here. Both receptionists and the lab tech need a career change and some antidepressants. Not sure why it's hard to do your job with basic kindness.

Laurie/ whatever her name is, the receptionist at my OB is absolutely rude as hell. Called multiple times about my prescription she told me multiple times they filled my script on the 7th and sent it to my pharmacy but my appt wasn't even until the 10th so NO SCRIPT could be written. She was demeaning via the phone and SHE was the one in the wrong. Get a new receptionist

Nurse and NP were extremely friendly in their walk in appointment area for work physicals. The wait time was minimal. Not many places that you see everyone smiling while working anymore.
