I was able to catch him leaving the parking lot and explain to him we had no air , mind you it's 80° outside. he had his truck in drive and he put it back in park and came in and fixed my air. It wasn't a little five minute fix, it took him a minute to fix our air. He was so kind and so thorough and helpful. He didn't have to do that considering the office was closed I would've had to wait till tomorrow to let them know my air was off then, wait for him to come back out on another day. So potentially we would've been out of service out of air for at least 3 to 5 days. “I first contacted Brian about relocating the washer dryer from the basement to upstairs in a home we just purchased. Brian came the next day and reviewed our situation. After looking he recommended we not change it like we wanted for fear that it would cause a potential drain issue. I respected his opinion as he showed us what problems we would encounter.

While he was there I had him check a small gas leak we had and the hot water tank. The tank was 22 years old which we knew due to a home inspection before purchasing. Instead of fixing the gas leak, he suggested replacing the tank and fixing the gas leak at the same time which would save us a couple hundred dollars.

We chose to follow his recommendation and set up an appointment. He called before coming and showed up on time. He did an excellent job. I found Brian to be honest, timely, courteous, and a master plumber. My wife said, he cleaned up after the installation.

Before he left, I asked him about a few more things and he was great to inform me about the those items as well
