I am so grateful for Home Instead. The caregivers, staff, schedulers, and everyone in between were so amazing in our most desperate time of need. I don't know how we could have granted my mom's wishes to be in her own home under hospice care without having Home Instead by our side. I cannot say enough about them. After my mom passed away, I missed having the ladies that visited and helped us. Every single one was such a blessing and they felt like family. Thank you so much, Jenice and everyone there. ❤️

I used Home Instead as an extra level of care and companionship for my elderly cousin and was pleased in every way. Jaclyn was always there for every concern or question I had and the aides took such good care of my cousin. I would definitely use Home Instead again when the need arises. Pat Locke

I have recently used Home Instead to care for my mom who's battling Alzheimer's Disease. The care we received from this service was top notched and professional at the highest level. Jaclyn Michael, our Quality Assurance Coordinator, met us at my mom's home to get an accurate assessment of the care needed and who to match her up with for that need. She took her time, asked questions, and engaged with my mom on a very caring level. The caregiver she provided was excellent. Fidelia, took care of my mom like she was a member of her own family.
