so far they do what they say they are going to do. Seems to be helping. we’ve had problems with ants and mice, And termites. There’s a little glitch in communication because one person will come out, one personal dispatch, I think another person is in charge of the account. And then I am over at a place that has a couple of us dealing with them so it gets a little confusing sometimes.

Shayne is so nice!! She made the scheduling process a breeze and explained it so well to my wife and I. We’ve never used an exterminator before so we needed a lot of info. Thank you Shayne we look forward to our first appointment!

I’ve been with Griffin for 6 yrs and it’s always great service. The last 2 times Herbert completed the service for me and he was amazing with his knowledge and recommendations, explaining details plus he’s was fun to talk to and very respectful. Great job Griffin
