EMG Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration installed a ductless mini-split air conditioner in one room of our house, and performed an maintenance on our whole-house SpacePak air conditioner and boiler. I recommend them unconditionally and without hesitation. The whole crew was outstanding - professional, respectful, polite and punctual. Communication (by phone, email and text) with Eric and Lynn was consistent and timely. Eric answered my hundreds of questions thoroughly and patiently. The quality of their work was outstanding. We recently had our heating and cooling system replaced by EMG Mechanical and the owner and his staff were EXCELLENT from the quote to the installation. We had to move our A/C unit to the back of the house and because of water drainage issues they constructed a higher than normal cement base and ran the hose from the unit thru my basement. Another company wanted tio run the hose under my deck. They also ran the intake and outake air pipes thru the basement and out the back of the house. They also installed a humidifer and used the hot water line from our hot water heater to the humidifer instead of the old cold water line which makes the humidifer more effective.
