Doctors of Optometry - Laurel Park Place

The staff and doctor were both friendly and knowledgeable. Jalynn Bell was extremely helpful and made our experience a five star one. She took the time to properly explain our options and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr Fakih and the floor associated, especially Leah were amazing! They were all so empathetic and kind. I felt truly taken care of. They were also all so efficient, I was helped right away and they found me the right pair of glasses and contacts for my eyes.

I was very impressed with the customer service support, each employee had for the customer, and each other! Great working Team! I will come back to LensCrafters at Laurel Park for future exams and eye glasses!
