A most pleasant and professional experience. Clearwater Construction, individuals that make up the whole, kept their word and followed through at every step - for this alone, we are very grateful! The A/C went out on Friday night but we were in the que Monday morning. Dennis reached out and was running his checks before noon - after he confirmed with his Team (awesome he did that) what the next step should be and where the replacement part is -> he had the A/C running before 1:30p and this was just as the heat wave was settling in. They were quick, communicated well, and most important, the A/C is still cooling :) Thank you!
I have been working with Art and his team for various projects around my house for the last 12 years. They have overhauled my bathroom, laundry room, which includes water heater and furnace, air conditioning, and they have been available for help with my driveway, kitchen, and bedroom. The team always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied and when issues arrive, the owner always has the integrity to fix the issue.
They did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and laundry room! We had a leak in our attic that resulted in mold in quite a few spots. We have called Clearwater for quite a few jobs (electric upgrades, plumbing repairs and a new furnace/ac). They have always done a great job so we knew exactly who to go with for this big job. We ended up finding more issues along the way, and they were able to correct all of them. I am in love with my new kitchen. I had a lot of wants and expectations. It turned out just as I wanted, and I could not be happier! We also upgraded our water heater to a tankless during the remodel. So worth it!
