“So far so good. Mark and Marcus have taken a weight off of my shoulders. My apartment was trashed by a reclusive tenant, whose water heater exploded and didn't tell me about it for a long time. Water and mold damage, rotting carpet.... You name it, I had it. Called multiple other companies and no one could come out to even give a quote for months.... Called Marcus and he was out that day. Mark came out as well that day and did professional measurements, diagrams,and price quote. Put my mind at ease, and made multiple trips to my house to check on the drying process, and got everything cleaned out. The process takes time, so we're at the mid way point, and waiting on the insurance company. But these guys aren't the company that's just gonna gut your house and leave.
