We have been trying to get a tree service to remove an oak from our yard for 2 years, other services never called back. Evan came right out and gave us an honest quote and the office (Teri) was quick to get our contract set up. Teri from the office communicated with us several times to make sure we knew what was happening. The crew showed up on the day they were scheduled and the area was completely clean by the next day. I was impressed by their safety standards including the crew wearing safety gear. Evan came out with all his own equipment, meaning we didn't have to pay the comp[any extra to rent the needed equipment. This tree was no easy job, it was over 13' around. Don't sign a contract with anyone else until you speak to Arbor Man.
Professional from beginning to end. Teri in the office was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Evan was incredibly nice when he came out to do the estimate. They got me on the schedule quickly to comply with the City's deadline to remove my 2 dead trees. I was the first stop of the day before doing my neighbor's trees. They arrived early and were done in about 30 minutes. Cody, the crew leader kindly answered any questions I had. The crew was well coordinated, working together like a well oiled machine. And speaking of machines, all of their equipment appeared to be well maintained and in good working order. 5 Stars for Arbor Man.
