Was having issues with my dryer and Chris B. was the technician who came out to check it out. He was very professional, thorough, and detailed with his assessments. Although my 20+ year old dryer is at the end of the line he made sure I knew what my next options were and answered all my questions. Thank you very much!
We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Our plumbing company has been instrumental on the project, sometimes in a good way, sometimes not in a good way - specifically scheduling. When we had a problem with our air conditioner spewing water I naturally called our plumber. Both my husband and I knew that the problem was a clogged tube that moves the condensation from the air conditioner to the sink. The water was not moving. It wa pooling around the furnace. The plumbing company sent what I felt was a very green tech. His diagonisis to the tune of 400.00 on top of the service fee made me suspicious. I'm enrolled in the DTE appliance repair program. My central air hasn't been cooling my house as well as it should.American Appliance sent out one of their servicemen, Brandon, who repaired it along with giving me a few tips on ways to prolong the life of my older ac system. He was very polite and helpful. If, in the future, I need any heating or ac repairs; I will surely call American Appliance. Great service!Service: HVAC system repair
