I've been working with Emily at 4 Elements Performance for 3 years now, and it's been such a positive experience. Not only have I enjoyed learning a variety of exercises and using different equipment, but I've also gained confidence, improved my health, and continued to build strength. FUN, CHALLENGING and FRESH. Emily is the ultimate professional, not only are her workouts fun and challenging, she enlists a variety of styles of excercise to keep the sessions new and your body working hard but still within your limitations. She is also able to offer a wealth of nutritional and physio advice. The full package. Highly recommended.

Emily is an upbeat motivator....she makes a great workout a lot of fun. She has me doing a workout I never thought I would be capable of doing. It is a great balance of cardio, weights and using my own body weight. She is totally into our workout. ...100%. She is a joy to be around.
