2024 Fast forward to my third project with One Wood Floors! Every project has been completed with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Ed, Roslyn and Aaron were all a pleasure to work with. This project involved a floor that had significant settling that Aaron painstakingly resolved. I cannot recommend 1 Wood Floors enough. Roslyn and Ed treat their customers like family and are just wonderful people in general- they are genuinely so responsive, anticipate customers' needs and want to help in any way possible. I purchased hardwood flooring from their store, and Roslyn was so expeditious and thorough with providing quotes and helping me select a product. Much to my regret, I did not book an install through their store and instead went with an independent installer I had made arrangements with a while before finding them. When I started noticing issues with this installer's work, Ed was kind enough to come out and inspect the job himself.... read full review

I can't recommend Ed, Roslyn and their team enough. From the first visit out to project completion, the communication, workmanship and care that went into our new floors is second to none. The final product was nothing short of the level of outstanding prep work that was done prior to the flooring install. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for our future flooring projects.
