These guys were amazing. Louis, Logan and Chaz were so communicative every step of the way and incredibly helpful. I felt comfortable having them in my home for 2 days and they even voiced if they were taking a quick break. Great company, I cannot say enough great things!
My wife and I just recently had our furnace and AC installed back in June. We are very pleased with the service and quality work the guys have done. We recently got a notification that something was wrong off of the app that corresponds to the unit. We were able to have Nick, an amazing technician come out the next business day and check everything. He was very professional but also personable. He was able to assess the situation and fix what needed to be fixed quickly and efficiently. Overall, we have been nothing but ecstatic over Custom Engineering heating and cooling, and we couldn’t recommend Nick enough for the impeccable job he did. I couldn’t be more happy with this company. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly. I ended up getting an entire new hvac system installed. They worked around my schedule without any problems. I am very pleased with my new system. Thank you everyone at custom engineering heating and cooling! I highly recommend this company!
