IF YOU NEED HEATING OR COOLING HELP - Call Custom Engineering Heating & Cooling!This is the second time I've had the true pleasure of being helped by members of their team.Sunday my furnace stopped working. I called their after hours line and reiterated that it was non-emergent and if possible I would like to get an appointment Monday.Flash forward to Monday first thing in the morning and I received a call from Joe! He calmed my nerves & we scheduled an appointment for the afternoon.Not only did I receive a polite confirmation call but when Nick and Tyler showed up to my house they got right to business diagnosing! Nothing but good things to say about Custom Engineering. I had some issues with my furnace a few months back and needed a part and all I had to do was show them a picture of the part and they had it for me in minutes. Then a few days ago my furnace stopped working, I submitted an online request for service and within an hour I got a call to schedule a time that same day for a technician to come out. The technician who came out was Chaz and he was very knowledgeable and friendly and he was able to patch up my furnace and get it working, but we unfortunately needed to get our furnace replaced due to risk of carbon monoxide being emitted into our house. This is a great company with great customer service! We have had to call on them a couple time the last few years to keep our old Trane furnace running. They have always been able to come out the same day, usually within 6 hours or less. This year the furnace had to be replaced and Custom Engineering was very competitive with there price. There installers came out and installed the new furnace and left the garage area they worked in cleaner than when they started. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a heating and cooling work to be done! Everyone we talked to their was polite and helpful!
