“Anna is awesome. I didn't know what to expect being pulled into this by my wife, but I quickly came to understand that there was a lot I didn't know and Anna had answers. The workouts and food education were invaluable. I didn't have a lot of guidance or education regarding these things growing up. Most of my life has been a series of drive-thru convenience and consequence. I lost a good deal of weight during my program, but more importantly I learned how to succeed beyond my time with the program and that's honestly the most encouraging part of the work done here. Anna will give you the tools to accomplish your goals. If you have the motivation to use those tools, you're going to leave a changed person. A changed person who is capable of manifesting the change you want and possibly need all on your own. If you're looking at these reviews because you're on the fence, don't be.
