For the record, Robert is no longer a Nail Tech at Glam Hair & Nail salon. I'm the CEO of the company. I want to extend my apologizes to those who were disappointed by Robert. Again, He is no longer at the salon and will definitely not be returning. Glam is a professional, friendly and clean salon, it's unfortunate that one bad apple led to 2 negative reviews.
