Personally, I was dealing with a lower back pain for 3+ years and it was usually a 6, sometimes reaching an 8 or 9 but always there at the end of the day and I was a bit sceptical at first 'cause I've never been to a Chiropractor before and after the third visit I noticed the pain was pretty much gone.
I still get a sensation here and there but overall, it's gone.
