My brother's AC went out just as we were heading into some hotter days. He contacted Alert and Doug came out and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. His price was very reasonable, especially given it was the weekend. My husband and I have been looking for a good HVAC business and feel like we also would call Doug in the future. Thanks so much.

They were awesome. I used them last year. My furnace stopped working he was busy but still made it out to me the same day I called. Very honest, and I was very grateful he could fix my furnace.

Doug Montgomery has been out to service my furnace, in Northville, several times in the last 3 years. He performed a maintenance check and only once had to replace a small worn part on an 18 year old unit. Recently, on his way out the door, he said the furnace is good to go. It's working as it should. I'm extremely happy with this company's service. I feel Doug is an honest individual and his cost is more than fair.
